1. Shipping Policy
Shipping cost and speed depends on your location. We currently offer flat rate standard shipping to all locations, with the following expected delivery times:

Canada: 2-4 business days
United States & Territories: 4-6 business days
International: 4-7 business days*

*Please note that international deliveries may require additional time in some cases. The maximum expected delivery time for countries outside Canada & US is 4 weeks.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note: We currently use only standard postal service and do not offer any tracking on shipments.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
All physical items currently for sale in the store are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photograph to info@3bodygames.studio to receive a replacement. If your shipment is lost in the mail and does not arrive by the estimated shipping date + 7 days, please contact us for a replacement.
